[Bug] Image export issues when loading with 2x resolution

Describe the bug If the Export Image dialog is opened with 2x resolution already selected from a previous export, then it gets stuck endlessly loading. Switching aspect ratio results in the background map not being drawn. Switching to 1x resolution then back to 2x fixes it.

Side note: The extra resolution doesn't take into account the point radius, so all points are set to 50% size on export.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Export a 2x resolution image
2. Go back to the Export Image dialog to see endless loading
3. Optionally switch the aspect ratio for the background to disappear but points to be shown

Expected behavior Works without having to switch options
