Only read cursor moment not location of cursor.

When we keep the cursor at rest and just scroll downwards, the color preview just sticks to the place which cursor was pointing to during the last movement and later it picks the wrong color.

Thanks for report, I can confirm that this is not intended and should be fixed.

I'll look into it when I finally find some time.
