Describe the bug

The problem occurs when I embed an ordered list item in an Obsidian note, both in editor mode and in reader mode. It should be noted that this problem occurs when I use Cascadia Code as a text font and not with other fonts such as nunito, roboto etc. As can be seen in image (1) the number 12 is partially hidden, which does not happen in the default Obsidian theme, image (2).
