Maximize Media option in Minimal Theme Settings plugin doesn't work

I've noticed that Maximize Media option in Minimal Theme Settings plugin doesn't anymore.

With Maximize Media enabled/disabled, embedded YouTube videos look like this.

Mobile:

I'm pretty sure a few versions ago YouTube videos had responsive behavior with the Maximize Media option enabled.
