Request to Add Chinese Language Support

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to discuss an important matter regarding the theme you have provided. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent theme you have created. It has been a great asset in my work. However, I have encountered some difficulties while using the theme, specifically in the "Style Settings" and "Minimal Theme Settings" sections, as they are entirely in English.

I believe there are many users in China who would also benefit from using this fantastic theme. However, not everyone is proficient in English. To address this issue, I have taken the liberty of translating the settings annotations in the theme files into Chinese. Additionally, I have translated the "Minimal Theme Settings" section into Chinese as well. I would like to propose these translations for your consideration.

I am unsure if it is possible to include an additional option in the annotations of the "Style Settings" section to select the language. If such an option is feasible, it would be highly beneficial to users, allowing them to choose their native language. I have attached the translated template files and plugin files for your reference.
