Describe the bug

In normal Minimal Theme, callouts look normal:

However, when Dark Mode Background Contrast in Minimal Theme Settings is set to True Black, callouts are very difficult to make out and blend in with the background.

This could be fixed simply by lightening the color of the callout box when in True Black.
