Update README.md with Zed port
Ah interesting! I have been working on a Zed theme too, see #81 — let me study the differences between the two and decide where to go from here.

Thanks for the amazing theme! I've been using it with Obsidian and VSCode for a while now and couldn't be happier. I ported it using the tool provided by zed for auto-converting VSCode themes. I made a single edit to the button colors (you can check the commit history) as they were slightly off.
