gulp serve ?

Are there any options to run gulp serve instead of watch

I was thinking it might be a good addition to this plugin to add a way for the user to select what Gulp Task to run in the panel. Maybe we can add in a dropdown to the panel or a "Gulp Helper: Switch Task" command in the pallete. It can default to watch since that's the most common scenario but this would give the flexibility to change if needed.
