Added Instructions for Installation to Add to Readme

Hello, Thanks for the handy script!

May I recommend adding the following to the readme file?

  1. Remind users to have curl installed?
  2. Reminded users to specify the custom DNS provider 127.0.0.1#5335 during the initial pihole install process.

I fell for both of these when installing to a virgin Debian VM.
