Support remote write for Loki

Support a remote write Loki sink. Useful for sending syslogs to Grafana Cloud.

Can you use the otel endpoint for Grafana Cloud here? There's a suggestion of how to set this up here: https://github.com/kentik/ktranslate/tree/main/hack/grafana-cloud

I've tested this integration with syslog and found it works well.
