Issues with GPTSimpleVectorIndex

Hello, a pleasure to greet you from Argentina! I congratulate you for the project, I'm testing it with the latest version of llama_index and as some names have been changed, for example GPTSimpleVectorIndex by GPTVectorStoreIndex, it's not working. Could you update the code? Thank you very much! Regards
