When run again, it's re-downloading the same files again, depite they already exists. The second file has name with `(2)` at the end. The already downloaded files should be ignored....

Script works when run via `php`, but it should be runable from the shell. It has the header: ``` #!/usr/bin/env php ``` But it seems it doesn't work as expected....
