Agreed. With the sloppy Mojang implementation of "resource packs" for 1.7.10, there is an Information Leak Exploit that allows malicious servers to browse your entire local filesystem. Thought at first to originate in 1.8, it actually goes as far back as 1.7 If you think that's bad, let's not forget about the Force-OP server exploit
