Velocity 1.21.4 Plugin not working

Bug reproducibility

**I have a Velocity Network and after installing the Plugin i cant use the Command (The Command isnt showing) **

No and the Plugin is showen as installed

Server information

Not possible due to there being no /maintinance Command

It is working, you just probably need to run /lp group [admin group] permission set * server=proxy

Or just set permission * in context server=proxy
