[Feature Request] Scheduled restart (on specific server)

For us this would be a great addition! Sometimes we make changes but don't want to manually restart at a specific time, this way we can schedule a restart to happen in X minutes, and the plugin would let the players know in advance the server is going to restart.

It might also be useful to have an option to enable maintenance after the restart or not
