The video file demo.mp4 generated after running domo will appear black when opened, and the video length is 3 seconds. What should I do? Thanks!

If the issue is the same as what I had on my system, it is due to codec support. Try downloading VLC and run it using VLC.

same problem... and I use VLC open it, still whole black
