OcotoPrint-Anywhere installs but does not show up in the installed plugin section.

OctoPrint-Anywhere installs without any issue, but the remaining steps of installation does not appear after restarting the system or it does not show up on the plugin manager. I have repeatedly re installed it multiple times but does not seem to have fixed the issue. I still am unable to finish the last steps.
