Latest update killed video feed

After updating to the latest the video feed stopped working. I still have access to the printer but the video feed does not work. I did the required testing in Octoprint to validate that the correct settings were working and they are. I am using Octoprint on Windows. It was working perfectly until I updated. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
