mavenCentral() availability ?

Hello,

I've 70 libs in my android project and the QRGen lib is the only one now that needs jitpack.io. Why isn't it available on mavenCentral() ?

Additionally it is not correctly available from jitpack. At least the pom.xml file is missing.

As a first improvement we may use https://jreleaser.org/ and publish it to github first.
