[Feature request] Import / export notes

It's great that noted doesn't send your notes over the network, but nonetheless, it can be interesting to be able to export and import all notes between different instances of the program, so the users can use the means they think better to keep the notes in sync.

There is no way to import/export within the app currently, but the app writes to the directory ~/.noted. All note files and metadata are found there, and if you export this folder to the same location on another computer/user you should be good to go. I might consider adding an import/export feature within the app or even an optional file sync to the cloud in the future.
