Explain the concept of a tag:

• a message can have zero or more tags
• a user can be following zero or more tags at any moment
• If you're not following any tags, all messages will be displayed. If you're following 1+ tags, any message tagged with one of the tags you're following will be displayed.
• When you submit a message, it will be tagged by each of the tags that you're following at that moment.
• to add a tag type the # character followed by the tag, then press enter. This will create the tag if it does not already exist. Any of the tags you were previously following will be retained.
• If another user tags a message with something that interests you, you can click on the tag directly to add it to your currently followed tags.
• To view one tag exclusively, type ## followed by the tag, then press enter. This will create the tag if it does not already exist. All of the tags you were previously following will be removed, and you will follow solely the new tag.
• To tag a message without following the tag, start typing your message, and embed a tag by typing # followed by the tag and delimited by a space.
