Implement DEM in Kendzi3D

How about to implement some kind of DEM (​http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_elevation_model) to Kendzi3D ?

Kind of a very late message but this would definitely have problems for buildings with no elevation as, what I assume, the buildings with no elevation are at sea level. Unless It's implemented so the height of the elevation model effects the building's elevation, and it would take much time to implement.
