kendzi3d crashes JOSM with NSException

When I try to start Kendzi3D, JOSM crashes with the following: Exception: NSWindow drag regions should only be invalidated on the Main Thread! Full log is attached. kenzi_error.txt

I saw the post about a similar crash with a different error message being related to Java version. I have tried official Java 8 Update 291, which actually says it's version 11 at the command line. I've also tried AdoptOpenJDK 1.8.0_292 and get the same error.

I'm running on a MacBook Pro (Intel) with OS X 11.3.1, JOSM 17833.

MacOs is incompatible with jogl version, Unfortunately for years there was no newer release of JOGL library. Looks someone had some success by compiling current master of jogl, but it a lot of effort: https://github.com/matsim-org/matsim-code-examples/issues/345

I have the same problem with macOS Mojave (10.14.6) and JOSM 18360, I didn't understand how to compile the current master of jogl. I'm not working with MATSim software I'm just working with JOSM
