Form block builds form from JSONSchema (and UI Schema). Extend this to other blocks that feature UI elements, can create an abstract UI description?

Why do we want this?

To allow the user to customise the UI.

Target UI to multiple platforms.

Using an Abstract UI description has accessibility benefits.
