Cannot migrate partition layout, partition wizard broken

I had to manually update to 13.2.0 by changing the OTA link to https://github.com/arendst/Tasmota/releases/download/v13.2.0/tasmota32c3.bin to get it to work, since the current version of tasmota is too big!

I tried 12.0.2 but the app wouldn't load and complained about missing components. After changing to 13.2.0 and migrating the partition layout successfully, I upgraded to the latest version by changing the firmware update url back to http://ota.tasmota.com/tasmota32/release/tasmota32c3.bin and clicking the upgrade button.
