Added database support for the new type of seeds, and the new type of coin (Bitcoin) and all coin using BIP44. Create, export and import master seed with bip39. Added a tab for the bitcoin, Showing to generate the master seed if there is not one. Import/export bin file wiht the new master seed Create/import Bitcoin Accounts

The problem with the precision is that the insight-api uses bitcoin directly, if i use the satoshi precision i have to multiply every amount.
