[Feature Request] automated "next page", use case: forum reading

Big ask I'm sure and not sure how it would be implemented, but I use this to lurk forums and listen to them like a podcast of sorts, and it would be great if it would somehow go to the next page or if you could script some sort of button click at the end of the reading. Additionally, some sort of omitted word list would nice.
