Add an X after each paragraph that, upon click, will remove all instances of that paragraph from the text to be read. Use similarity index instead of exact match.

Need to see why and should not require restart
Perhaps a button on the popup to replace all occurrences of some word with another (with regex option). To allow advanced users some control over the text to be read.
Select a voice such as "Tessa", start read aloud then click Pause. It pauses but subsequently go to next paragraph and stuck spinning.
