I've installed both .NET x64 and x86 and it still gives me the error "To run this application, you must install .NET Core."

I have the same issue, maybe it has something to do with the windows version? I used to have this tool on an older computer (windows 10) and it worked perfectly, I have tried with two different windows 11 computers and they also display this error message even if .NET Core 3.1 is installed.

I fixed this awhile ago, its the x64 / x86 version you use. If you have a 64 bit system, use x64, otherwise use x86.
