Changelog doesn't mention the removal of `kilt`

Juste an issue to let you know that neither the releases nor the changelog mention that you dropped kilt for rendering ECR templates (commits https://github.com/kemalcr/kemal/commit/a251ede5bdbf9ce41c238530839cce5a7206930c and https://github.com/kemalcr/kemal/commit/0ab0ecb7c620aa0379fe978ce8b66e057cd02f37)

kilt and Crystal's ECR module work quite differently, and that lead to some funky bugs on our side ^^
