I believe this kind of computation should be even in the libkiwix.
We need a package in on of this format: .msix, .msixbundle, .msixupload, .appx, .appxbundle, .appxupload, .xap. See #314
I think we should stick to the Firefox/Chrome HTML export format.

I confirm, no filepicker is even open.
The problem seems a bit more complex to do that it should. We should just mask the menu item for now.
