Kiwix Desktop for Linux/Windows window works as a "singleton". I think here, this is actually what this ticket requests... or do I get it wrong?

@rgaudin There won't be anymore such files (with SW) in a few months. This is the goal at least. Once achieved, this issue will be implemented.
It's not clear if we will or won't have ZIM based on SW in the future. Considering the current code related to SW has no real impact, we can keep...

Root cause of this behaviour is https://github.com/openzim/libzim/issues/866. Keeping this ticket open for tracking.
@BPerlakiH Can you please check if it works now and close if fixed?
