PR to production referencing a single app ?

Hi,

i really liked these examples from your talks, but i dont understand why the pull request from QA to Production is application specific ? I expected this example to merge the complete qa-environment into production... application agnostic...

Or are you doing it this way just because this is a quick'n'dirty example

Sorry for creating an issue, but this was a nice example to start from ;)
