Confd high CPU consumption

Dear Dev,

Thanks so much for such a great tool that makes a big difference for everybody.

I am writing you to report an issue related to CPU consumption by newer version of Confd and ask whether you are aware about it and if there is anything you could suggest. If version 0.11.0 was consuming approximately 20% CPU, version 0.16.0 consumes approximately 80% CPU in exactly same environment.

The following gets executed:

/usr/bin/confd -interval 20 -backend rancher -prefix /2015-12-19 -node rancher-metadata

Are you aware about this issue and could you suggest what could be done to reduce Confd CPU consumption?
