Collect analytics on language usage

It would be good to collect analytics on which languages are being used, so that forecasting organisations understand where to focus there translation efforts.

  • Collect which language is has been selected by the user.
  • Collect which languages were requested by the user's browser settings.

We want to understand how the current translations are being used, and the need to provide new translations.
