Move from likelihood to sensitivity

Change likelihood of triggering (touchy / reactive / stubborn..) to sensitivity following more or less Norwegian system:

• "natural"
• "very easy to trigger" (=touchy)
• "easy to trigger" (=reactive)
• "difficult to trigger" (=stubborn and unreactive)

These verbs translate cleary into Georgian

These currespond to loads, and should be shown as symbols:

• avalanche (naturals expected)
• 1 skier with ! mark (very easy / touchy)
• 1 skier (easy / reactive)
• group of skiers (difficult / stubborn)
• explosives (very difficult - grouped with difficult)

@PSAvalancheConsulting do you still feel like this could be valuable to implement given the current design? And if so, how could we change it? Add a new icon in addition to what's already there? Remove likelihood and replace it with this?
