references to pump2.stl which doesn't exist

Pump.scad and Scrubber.scad both reference a file that doesn't exist. I assume it's something you just downloaded externally from the internet. Do you still have the original link?

It can be generated by exporting "Peristaltic_Pump_with_Dynamic_Mount.scad" to an STL, but that wasn't documented and so is confusing. Originally I wanted all files to be generated from OpenSCAD using a build procedure, but since that's still a ways off I removed *.stl from .gitignore and added pump2.stl to the Mop/Mechanics directory.
