Keep the line title in the left column visible

In case of a longer timeline, the line title at the left side disapperared by scrolling to the right end. So I cannot see, which options belongs to which participant.

That's more or less a duplicate of https://github.com/kellerben/dudle/issues/41 . I do, however, support that.
