Currently supported combinations are only both Debug/Release and static link vc runtime library. Will make better package for runtime library combination between statically and dynamically (DLL).

Broken the Calculator samples.

The Calculator sample codes too old and doesn't have any maintenance. Have to fix and sync these codes to the IL2C current version.
