It crashes when trying to save or open any file

Whenever I try to open a file or save / save as... a diagramm the editor crashes. Attached the error log file. hs_err_pid2520.log

It seems to have been a problem with Java itself. After updating Java and using version 1.7.3_snapshot the problem seems to be solved.
