Closes #8202
Since the link is (what seems to be) the current Tecno Scans URL (as seen/redirected from the link in #8202), I think you should rename the files/extension to Tecno Scans.
Maybe get the okay from other contributors/maintainers about this first, but maybe also consider adding override ID if possible + getting the versionCode as one higher than the previous Tecno Scans extension version number.
Of course, this also should close #8202 since it's using said (redirected) site, so include "Closes #8202" in your PR description.

On Eros Scans (the site in the headers), it's still refered as Terco Scans
For me it's currently https://tecnonov.xyz
And on Eros scans, the redirect link is https://tercodoom.xyz
They keep changing the domain every few days
The URL updated again. Does the extension in any case work even with the redirects?

Well yes actually the older one works still then.
