Website seems to be dead https://scan-manga.com/ https://www.scan-manga.com/

open the link in a classic browser and not in tachiyomi and you will see that it works well!
404 for me on mobile and android, tried both chrome and firefox
Do they region restrict to france maybe?
Yeah, I'm just getting 404'd with both "scan-manga" and your "m.scan-manga" screenshot you had earlier, with my PC or phone (United States, but did try on phone with VPN to Netherlands & Poland)
Could you give a working link to a title on the source's website?
Nah, it works fine, maybe a region-blocking stuff. https://www.scan-manga.com/14160/Can-You-Hear-Me.html
I am in France and the site works very well on Firefox under Android 13 but on the browser integrated into tachiyomi it indicates the code: net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE
with a vpn in the united states : error 404
Same here. Website works fine using external browser but not in app or using WebView.
it's not geo blocked! @vetleledaal
@pixelroll If it's not geo-blocking, then the site is down. Tested with desktop/mobile + Firefox/Chrome.

works on Firefox but not tachiyomi
@KirinRaikage Any update on this ?
Hi, I'm from Madagascar and the site works well in an external browser but not on the app, the WebView doesn't do anything https://m.scan-manga.com/?po
It gives this in WebView, I don't know if it can help but there you go and I'm not doing this for spam, you do everything when it's an English extension, but when it's French, you do nothing, for example the Asura Scans extension, With each new modification on the site you update it but when it's French you don't find anything, or sooner you don't take the trouble
you do everything when it's an English extension, but when it's French, you do nothing
If you want to contribute, a good way to start is by reading the contributing guidelines. If you get stuck feel free to ask in #programming on Discord.
As you can see by the previous comments, several contributors are facing issues with loading the site in the first place. It is unreasonable to expect everyone to have a VPN at their disposal.
The current URL configured for the Scan-Manga extension (https://www.scan-manga.com) returns a 500 Internal Server Error when accessed via the app and a 404 error when accessed via WebView.
After investigation, it seems that the correct URL for the source is https://www.scan-manga.com/?mf, which points to a valid manifest.json file.
Suggested fix: Update the extension to use the new URL (https://www.scan-manga.com/?mf) to avoid these errors. ¯\(ツ)/¯
