Chapter 6 Exercises, Question 4

Really struggling with question 4 from the Chapter 6 Exercises. The coefficients for Product C against reference Product B don't match section 6.3.3. Is that on purpose or did I do something wrong?

I also noticed that the person who posted their answers to chapter 6 skipped the question. Is it possible to add some hints? (thank you for this book!)
