How do I add textures to obj?

I am new at this and I don't know if it is possible to add textures to an obj file.

Sure you can - you can find already textured examples here: https://keithclark.co.uk/articles/3d-models-in-html-documents/

The issue is - i also don't know how and be glad to know how to do this.
