Installation steps for beginners (NeoVim)

Hello!

I installed this NeoVim plugin however I can't see any syntax highlighting. I don't know how to install it properly. Please update the installation steps. Also add A.L.E because the older sytastic is not a thing any more.

You should install it similar to any other syntax plugin using whatever your preferred package manager is. ALE is supported but wasn't ever added to the readme, PRs welcome!
