ProgressBar enhancement: allow modifying the "total".

Please consider adding the option to modify ProgressBar's total after the bar is started and adjusting the bar's properties accordingly.

This is useful in cases when the total is not known until after the first item is processed (e.g. when updating tick() from event handler).
