Please add XML documentation to the Nuget package

I see in the code base that all public members seem to be documented with XML Doc comments. I often use a reflection tool (as well as the IDE), so it would be nice if the Usenet.xml file would be side-by-side with the Usenet.dll file in the Nuget package.
