verify iam-manager behavior on cert-renewal by cert-manager

Is this a BUG REPORT or FEATURE REQUEST?: Feature Request

What happened: If using cert-manager, verify how would controller react when the cert renewal happens

What you expected to happen: iam-manager controller should not have any issues for in-flight requests if cert-manager renew the expired cert.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible): Run the perf test with 3 TPS and force cert-manager to renew the cert and verify none of the requests got failed or document if there are any issues
