Number.toString should flake the radix

Thanks for taking interest in this project!

It's not subtle anymore if that happens- in a sense where it becomes really obvious that something weird is going on.

Current enflake is in the "extremely not suspicious" mode.

But I'm thinking of releasing enflake with varying intensities where this will perfectly fit- will keep this issue open till I get to structure that plan.
