Ability to export servers to a different directory

Perhaps by default use Documents\SimCity 4\SC4MP Exports\, then have subdirectories using each server's name. Or just prompt for a directory every time the user exports a region.

Also perhaps include a shortcut that launches the game in the exported directory.
